Alliance Producer Program (Level 1 & 2)

Target Audience

Individuals without an insurance license who want to start in the industry.

Licensed producers beginning their career within the agency.

Established licensed agents/agencies seeking full independence.

Main Objective

Obtain the insurance license within 3 months and prepare to transition into the Core Program.

Build and scale a solid book of business under the agency’s structure.

Provide market access (online or MGAs) with complete independence in servicing and operations.

Duration

1–3 months (intensive bootcamp).

Ongoing agreement, no end date.

Market Access

Not applicable (preparation phase).

Full agency market access after 60 days.

Level 1: Online markets only. Level 2: Online markets + MGAs via submissions with Island Fleet corporate email.

Agency Support

Mentorship, study guidance, prep course, continuous supervision.

AMS, email, e-sign, E&O, CSR post-sale, ongoing training.

AMS, basic systems, corporate email (Level 2 only). Servicing is 100% the producer’s/agency’s responsibility.

Responsibilities

Study, basic admin support, and lead generation.

Prospect, quote, close policies, handle renewals and endorsements, follow compliance protocols.

Independently quote, bind,
